About me
David is based in New York State’s Hudson Valley at Huguenot Financial Planning. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Emory University and a Master’s degree in the Science of Management from Georgia Tech. In addition to Financial Planning and occasional financial journalism, David has long been active in the non-profit community. He is currently the Board Treasurer of the Wallkill Valley Land Trust, the Board President of the United Way of Ulster County, NY and the Board Treasurer for Women’s International Network for Guatemalan Solutions (WINGS). He is also active through volunteerism, working with groups such as the Restorative Justice and Community Empowerment Center of Ulster County and the Ulster Immigration Defense Network (UIDN).
